用 途
将美孚克特 ESC 以 1-3 ％ 的比例加入系统中杀灭细菌和真菌，去除受之杂质污染的赃油和油泥，在系统清洗前 24-48 小时，先将 1 － 2 ％ 的美孚克特 ESC 加入受到污染的冷却液系统中，再用纯清洁剂或 2-3 ％ 的乳化液彻底清洗机器暴露的表面，然后用清水加0.2% 的美孚克特 ST 冲洗整个系统。最后，将新更换的冷却液以正确的浓度加入机器中，如果您在清洗过程中要求指导，请联系美孚业务代表.注 意 如要延长冷却液的使用寿命，严重受污染的机器需在三至四周后再次清洗。

The Heavy Duty System Cleaner is an emulsifiable machine degreasnt and detergent for the cleaning and disinfection of machines and machine sumps in one operation.

Application
Mobilcut ESC is designed to be used at 1-3 ％ as a cleaner to kill bacterial and fungal growths and remove contaminating tramp oils and slimes. It should be added at 1-2% to an infected coolant system for 24-48 hours piror to cleaning. The exposed surfaces of the machine should then be thoroughly cleaned with either eat cleaning. The exposed surfaces of the machine should then be thoroughly cleaned with either neat leaner or a 2%-3% emulsion in water and the whole system flushed with clean water , plus 0.2% Mobilcut ST.A fresh charge of coolant should then be introduced into the machine at the correct concentration. Please consult our Mobil Representative if you require guidance on the cleaning procedure. Note Badly infected machines may need to be cleaned again after three or four weeks if coolant life to be maximized.
