用 途

Product Descr1ption
Pyrotec HFD 46 is a high performance, fire resistant hydraulic fluid designed for use in electrohydraulic governor (EHG) control systems of steam turbines. It is a triaryl phosphate based on a selected xylenol distillate and is formulated to provide good oxidation stability.
Application
Pyrotec HFD 46 is designed for use in turbine governor systems including systems using fine tolerance servo valves. It is also recommended for use as fire resistant lubricant in steam and gas turbines, hydraulic systems requiring a fire-resistant fluid, such as foundrymachines,
forging hammers, smelting furnaces and other applications where there is a risk of fire.

Compatibility
Care must be taken in selecting construction and other materials such as seal components, to ensure compatibility with the fluid. Pyrotec HFD 46 is compatible with most other phosphate ester fluids. However, it is suggested to contact Mobil before mixing them.
