美孚 HFC 46A 是一种水乙二醇水溶性抗燃液压油，完全符合卢森堡第七号报告的要求。在威格士 V104-C 叶片泵试验中有优异的结果，证明此油有极佳的抗磨、防锈及气相防腐能力。在水蒸发后粘度增加时，可添加适量的去离子水以调整粘度恢复正常。另外，本油还获美国工厂火险联盟 (FMRC) 认可。
用 途
美孚 HFC 46A 水溶性抗燃液压油可用于接近火源的液压系统，如模铸机及压机。亦可以用于严苛工况下的液压泵，但要依照设备制造商的指示。特别适合煤矿地下设备， 获德国煤矿协会认可。液压系统中常规材质做成的密封件、垫片、软管和蓄能器相容，但与聚胺酯橡胶、皮革和软木不相容；与一般油漆不相容，但适合环氧树脂和酚醛树脂油漆；不要同其它型式的油液混用；与别的水乙二醇产品可以相容，但如混合使用会降低美孚产品的性能。

Product Descr1ption
Mobil Hydrofluid HFC 46A is a fire resistant, water-glycol based hydraulic fluid fully meeting the requirements of the 7th Luxembourg Report. Its excellent performance in the Vickers V104-C Vane Pump Test demonstrates a high level of antiwear protection and the product provides very good protection against rust and vapor phase corrosion. Viscosity increase caused by water evaporation can be easily orrected by adding deionised water to the product. Mobil Hydrofluid HFC 46A is approved by Factory Mutual Research Corporation (FMRC) as a fire-resistant fluid.
Application
Mobil Hydrofluid HFC 46A is recommended for hydraulic systems which operate close to sources of ignition such as diecasting machines and hydraulic presses and in hydraulic pumps working under severe conditions, provided the equipment manufacturer’s instructions are followed.
Mobil Hydrofluid HFC 46A is particularly suitable for underground use in coal mining and has been approved by coal mining authorities in Germany. Mobil Hydrofluid HFC 46A is compatible with packings, gaskets, hoses and accumulators made from materials usually encountered in hydraulic systems, except items made from polyurethane, leather or cork materials. Mobil Hydrofluid HFC 46A is not compatible with typical
type paints. Epoxy and phenolic resin based paints are suitable. Mobil Hydrofluid HFC 46A should not be mixed with other types of fluids. While it is compatible with other water-glycol type products, admixture may detract from the properties of the Mobil product.
