Product Descr1ption
Mobilgrease CM-P, Moiblgrease CM-L are extremepressure greases. Mobilgrease CM-P NLGI Grade 2, while CM-L is NLGI Grade 1. All two products have a high-temperature lithium complex thickener system , exhibit excellent resistance to softening under severe working, and provide good water resistance. An extreme-pressure additive provides exceptional protection against wear and shock loads, while additional additives enhance resistance to hightemperature oxidation and protection against rust. Other formulation features provide low temperature dispensing, good resistance to water wash, and long service in bearings operating at high temperatures. These heavy-duty, severe-service greases have outstanding structural and chemical stability. They won't corrode steel or copper-bearing alloys and are compatible with conventional seal materials.
Application
Mobilgrease CM-P is recommended for highly loaded plain and antifriction bearings and other applications where the three percent molybdenum disulfide and high-temperature thickener system will provide extraordinary performance. Mobilgrease CM-L is a winter-grade products and, therefore, is recommended for cold-temperature service.
