美孚高温合成滑脂SHC系列是先进工业用润滑脂，由合成基础油，非皂基增稠剂及添加剂配制而成。此系列具多方面特出性能，包括扭距力特低，使用寿命长及轴承磨损较低,此外，也能提供高负重效能，及在宽温度范围下(摄氏零下54度至175度间,美孚高温滑脂SHC22可低至－54度)，尚能发挥抗腐蚀保护，非一般矿物性滑脂可比。
用 途
美孚高温合成滑脂SHC系列皆适合用于宽温度范围之操作，广泛应用于滑动轴承、滚动轴承、车轮轴承、齿轮、导轨、凸轮及需要减低磨擦力及低磨损之用途。特别适合高温电动马达、风扇、制纸机及塑料生产设备之高温轴承。此滑脂对需要持续于零下低温操作之冷冻机件，及户外作业机械，尤能提供满意润滑效果。

Product Descr1ption
Mobiltemp SHC Series advanced industrial greases are made from synthesized hydrocarbon fluids, non-soap thickeners and additives. They give outstanding low torque, long lubricant life, and low bearing wear. In addition, they provide high load carrying ability and corrosion protection for a wide temperature range of service ( -54 ℃ to 175 ℃, -54℃ for Mobiltemp SHC 22 ) beyond the capabilities of mineral oil based greases.
Application
Mobiltemp SHC Series, industrial greases, are recommended for wide temperature range, multi-service applications, in plain and anti-riction bearings, wheel bearings, gears, slides, cams and other applications where friction reduction and low wear are required. They rearticularly well suited for hot electric motors, fans, drying section bearings in paper mills and plastics production equipment. They are especially formulated for sustained sub-zero, low temperature service in freezer plants and outdoor mobile equipment.
