简 介
美孚力士滑脂EP111是一种极压羟基硬脂酸锂基脂。它是由极高粘度ISOVG1000的矿物基础油调配而成的一号脂。它亦含有油溶性的二硫化钼添加剂为重负荷应用提供良好保护。美孚力士滑脂EP111是专门为防止在高速旋转中油从皂基稠化剂离心分离出来而设计的。确保有效润滑及甚至在重负荷下偏心的齿轮联轴器提供抗磨保护。
用途
美孚力士滑脂EP111推荐用于所有类型的润滑联轴器，如：齿轮，格栅或弹簧式，滑动式接头，锭子(齿轮)及链条。它亦可用于低速开式齿轮及滑动轴承。美孚力士滑脂EP111推荐的操作温度范围为-10度至120度

Product Descr1ption
Mobilux EP 111 is an extreme pressure, lithium hydroxystearate grease formulated with extremely heavy ISO VG 1000 mineral base oil. It is an NIGI 1 grade and also contains oil soluble molybdenum disulphide (moly) additive to provide added protection in heavy duty applications. Mobilux EP 111 is designed to resist centrifugal separation of the oil from the soap thickener at extremely high rotating speeds, ensuring effective lubrication and protection against wear even in heavily loaded misaligned gear couping.
Application
Mobilux EP 111 is recommended for all types of lubricated couplings such as gear, grid or spring, slipper joint, spindle(gear) and chain. It may also be used for low speed open gears and plain bearings. Mobilux EP 111 has a recommended operating temperature range of -10 ℃ to120 ℃.
