美孚力富SHCPM造纸机用合成滑脂是一种奶白色，结合了具独特性能的合成基础油及复合锂基增稠剂的特别高性能滑脂。它的NLGI等级是1.5而基础油的ISO粘度等级是460。
用途
美孚力富SHCPM被推荐用于造纸机中重要的滚动轴承。它提供杰出的保护对抗生锈及酸化水，令它成为造纸机湿部的最理想滑脂。由于使用高粘度的基础油，此滑脂在高负荷，低至中速的压榨部轴承中使用时表现杰出。合成基础油的低挥发性及杰出的高温氧化稳定性使滑脂的添补周期延长并使在高温操作的毯辊轴承及超级压光机轴承的寿命大大延长。

Product Descr1ption
Mobilith SHC PM (Paper Machine) is a cream-colored, very high performance grease which combines the unique features of a synthetic base fluid with a lithium complex soap thickener. It has an NIGI grade of 1.5 and a base fluid ISO VG of 460.
Application
Mobilith SHC PM is recommended for critical rolling element bearing applications in paper machines. It provides outstanding protection against rust and acid water corrosion, making it ideal for the wet end of the paper machine. Through the use of high viscosity base fluid, the grease is excellent for highly loaded, low to moderate speed press section bearings. The low volatility and excellent high-temperature oxidation stability of the synthetic base fluid maximize relubrication intervals and bearing life in the high –temperature felt roll and calender stack bearings.
