用途

Mobilith SHC 100, 220, 460 and 1500 are high performance greases which combine a synthetic base fluid with a lithium complex soap thickener. The thickener system provides a high dropping point, excellent resistance to water wash, and a tenacious structural stability. The unique physical properties of the synthetic base oil , combined with selective additives, provide outstanding protection against wear, rust, corrosion, and high-temperature degradation. The wax-free feature of the synthetic base oil allows for low-temperature mobility/ pumpability and very low starting and running torque values.
Application
Mobilith SHC 100, an NLGL Grade 2 grease, is formulated with an oil viscosity that satisfies the requirements of grease-lubricated rolling element bearing for most electric-motor manufacturers.The long service life of Mobilith SHC 100 and its ISO 100 viscosity grade base oil make this an extremely versatile multi-service grease. Mobilith SHC 100 is approved by G.E. for D6A15D3 specification for synthetic oil based greases. In addition, Mobilith SHC 100 meets or exceeds the performance of G.E. Specification D6A2C5,“General Purpose Ball 7 Roller Bearing Grease.” Mobilith SHC 220 is an extreme-pressure grease and recommended for automotive and industrial applications which need a lubricant that can perform normal functions yet go beyond in terms of high and low temperatures and long-life performance. It is an NLGI grade 2 grease having the cold-temperature pumping resistance of most NLGI grade 0 greases. Mobilith SHC 220 combines a high dropping point thickener system with a high viscosity index SHC fluid for high-temperature lubrication and long life. It is a true multitemperature, multi-service grease. Mobilith SHC 460, an NLGI grade 1-1/2 grease, is an extremepressure grease and recommended for industrial and automotive applications in both high and low temperatures. It is particularly suited for applications such as paper machine press roll bearings. It will provide outstanding bearing protection under heavy loads at low to moderately high speeds, and where moisture or condensation are factors. Mobilith SHC 1500 is an extreme-pressure NLGL grade 1 grease with an exceptionally high viscosity synthetic base oil. It is intended for plain and rolling element bearings operating at slow speeds, heavy loads and high temperatures.
