美孚汽缸油是专为密封式蜗齿轮、蒸汽汽缸、轴承及联接器等机件配制而成之高粘度、高品质润滑油。种类包括美孚600W 汽缸油，美孚600W超级汽缸油及美孚特级克力汽缸油。而美孚600W 超级汽缸油矿物性级则为纯矿物油，不含添加剂。

用 途
美孚600W 汽缸油最适宜用于以飞溅式方法润滑之密封蜗轮蜗杆，在普通至高速及高温下操作之蜗轮蜗杆，均可采用本油亦适用于蒸汽汽缸，联轴器及轴承，以及作为压缩机汽缸磨石油之用。美孚600W 超级汽缸油及美孚特级克力汽缸油之用途与美孚600W 汽缸油相若，但因为粘度较高，故可用于更高之温度及负荷。美孚600W 超级汽缸油矿物性级适用于在华氏290℃ 以下操作之蒸汽汽缸。在某些以蒸汽操作之工序，为使润滑油能迅速与冷凝水分离而要以纯矿物油作为润滑油之用者，本油则尤为合适。

Mobil Cylinder Oils are a family of premium quality,heavy bodied lubricants properly formulated and recommended for enclosed worm gear, steam cylinder, bearing and coupling lubrication. The compounded grades available are Mobil 600W Cylinder Oil, Mobil 600W Super Cylinder Oil and Mobil Extra Hecla Super Cylinder Oil. The straight mineral grade available is called Mobil 600W Super Cylinder Oil Mineral.

Application
Mobil 600W Cylinder Oil is intended primarily for use in splash lubricated enclosed worm gear sets operating at moderate to high speeds and temperatures. It is also recommended for lubricating steam cylinders, couplings, bearings and break-in of compressor cylinders. Mobil 600W Super Cylinder Oil and Mobil Extra Hecla Super Cylinder Oil are recommended for the same applications as Mobil 600W Cylinder Oil but because of their heavier viscosity, have expanded application ranges in terms of high temperature and load condition. Mobil 600W Super Cylinder Oil Mineral is primarily recommended for use in steam cylinders operating at temperature below 290℃. It is especially suitable for those services demanding a straight mineral oil, for example, where ready separation from condensate in necessary as in certain steam process work.
