用途

Mobilsol PM is a highly effective cleansing concentrate for use in lubricating systems of all types and size. The product was developed for the cleansing of paper machine circulating systems but is also suitable for use in many other machine and component types.

Application
For the cleansing of lubricant circulating systems, in particular in paper machines. The product is also suitable for other applications, such as gears, hydraulic units and other oil-bearing units. Mobilsol PM is added to the lubricant fill to be replaced a few days (at least 48 hours) before the oil is drained, Mobilsol PM cleans all unit parts and removes or loosens deposits, which are then carried out with the lubricant drained. Moving parts, such as governors, oil distributors, again move smoothly. During the treatment with Mobilsol PM the filters and other purification equipment must be carefully monitored, changed or cleaned more frequently, as the treatment may result in higher amounts of dirt. Mobilsol PM is suitable for use with virtually all lubricants on mineral oil basis and with synthetic hydrocarbons (PAOs). Depending on the degree of unit soiling, the Mobilsol PM concentration to be added to the fill ranged from 0.5% to 4%.
